Kelsey has worked in financial services since 2007, focused primarily on credit cards since 2010. He spent several years leading the development of digital tools and services for consumers and now manages two of Capital One’s major card franchises, Quicksilver and the recently-revamped Savor. During his time on Quicksilver and Savor, Kelsey spearheaded the development of a new Savor product structure.
